I found the lime in this to be a bit intense and overwhelming.

Calming 🧘‍♀️

I alternate this Crown Chakra blend with the Third Eye Chakra blend in my diffuser when I need to calm anxious or overwhelming thoughts. Those first slow, deep breaths of these oils are so soothing.
